Th+e Role

✓  Day-to-day site supervision of all civil renovation works.

✓  Quality control of civil finishing — tiling, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, joinery, sanitary fittings, painting.

✓  Coordination of MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, ELV) with civil works.

✓  Site measurements, progress reports, snag-list management.

You Bring

✓  Age below 45.

✓  Diploma / NDT / equivalent in Civil Engineering.

✓  Strong civil and finishing-works experience — hotel projects a plus.

✓  Working knowledge of MEP coordination on site.

✓  Good Sinhala and English communication.

✓  Willing to be based in Anuradhapura.
