We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth and strengthen our presence within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue and market presence
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, dining, and other hotel services to potential clients and corporate partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event organizers, and other business partners
- Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and presentations to generate new business and maintain existing accounts
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals while ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of guest requirements, events, and group bookings
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
