We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve room and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel trade, agency partners, events, and local markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and tour operators.
- Plan and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns that enhance hotel awareness and attract target segments.
- Manage digital presence including social media, email marketing, SEO, website updates, and third-party platforms
- Monitor competitive environment, market trends, and booking performance to inform strategy adjustments.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market share, forecasts, and campaign outcomes.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs), revenue management principles, and digital campaign management.
