Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve room and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel trade, agency partners, events, and local markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and tour operators.
  • Plan and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns that enhance hotel awareness and attract target segments.
  • Manage digital presence including social media, email marketing, SEO, website updates, and third-party platforms
  • Monitor competitive environment, market trends, and booking performance to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market share, forecasts, and campaign outcomes.


Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building business relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs), revenue management principles, and digital campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
