Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and schedule the Front Office team
- Manage check-in / check-out, guest requests and VIP arrivals
- Act as the main point of contact for guest communication and handle complaints professionally
- Coordinate closely with Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B
- Train team members on service standards and guest etiquette
- Oversee daily reports, cash handling and front office records
Requriement
G.C.E. O/L & A/L; a diploma in Hotel Management / Front Office is an added advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years' front office experience in a reputed hotel, with supervisory exposure
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional foreign languages are a plus
- Strong leadership, guest relations and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and MS Office
- Reliable, well-groomed individual with a sound background
