We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to join our team as:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of restaurants and bar outlets.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service delivery, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Supervise, guide, and manage F&B staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support cost control, inventory management, and stock monitoring.
  • Assist in improving revenue through upselling, promotions, and service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong supervisory and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Good command of English communication (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure with a hands-on approach.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage.
