We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to join our team as:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of restaurants and bar outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service delivery, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Supervise, guide, and manage F&B staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support cost control, inventory management, and stock monitoring.
- Assist in improving revenue through upselling, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of cost control and operational efficiency.
- Good command of English communication (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure with a hands-on approach.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage.
