We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our management team as an:

ACCOUNTANT

The Accountant will ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Department while also taking a lead role in administrative functions, liaising effectively with internal departments, head office, government bodies, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare accurate and timely Monthly Financial Management Reports.

·       Oversee bank reconciliations, financial transactions, payments, tax returns, and statutory obligations.

·       Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and capital expenditure evaluations, providing recommendations to strengthen financial performance.

·       Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

·       Manage inventory control and stores/warehouse functions.

·       Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, service charge entries, petty cash, daily cashier reconciliations, and travel agent payments.

Candidate Profile

·       Preferably male, below 45 years, with immediate availability.

·       Fully/partly qualified in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.

·       Proficiency in hotel management systems (Scienter/Destinity preferred) and strong computer literacy.

·       Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

·       Strong analytical, administrative, and negotiation skills.
